Frequently Asked Questions
Everything customers usually want to know before booking a move — pricing, insurance, transit times, payments and storage. If your question isn't here, just call us.
Your quotation depends on the total volume of goods, the distance between the two cities, the floor and lift availability at both ends, packing material required and any add-ons like vehicle transport or storage. After a free survey we share a written, itemised quotation — the amount you approve is the amount you pay.
Yes. Transit insurance is optional and available on request. You declare the value of your consignment, we arrange coverage through our insurance partner, and the premium is shown as a separate line item in your quotation.
Local moves within Noida or Delhi NCR are usually completed the same day. Intercity moves typically take 2–3 days for nearby cities and 4–7 days for long routes such as Noida to Bengaluru or Chennai. We confirm an exact delivery window in writing before the move.
We collect a small booking advance to block the vehicle and crew for your date. The balance is payable at the time of delivery. We accept UPI, bank transfer, cheque and cash, and a GST invoice is issued for every booking.
Our team handles the complete packing with professional materials, and this is what we recommend since insurance claims require professional packing. If you prefer to pack some items yourself, we can supply materials only and adjust the quotation accordingly.
Yes. Cars and two-wheelers move in dedicated enclosed carriers rather than inside the household goods truck, but both are booked under one order and coordinated to arrive around the same date.
We can hold your goods in our warehouse until you are ready. Storage is billed per week or per month depending on volume, and the goods stay packed and inventoried in a CCTV-monitored, pest-controlled facility.
We are based in Noida and serve all of Delhi NCR along with 250+ cities across India, including Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh and Lucknow.
For dedicated (full-truck) bookings, yes — your goods stay in the same sealed vehicle from pickup to delivery with no transhipment. Shared-load bookings cost less but may involve a transfer at our hub, which we tell you upfront.
Report it at the time of delivery and note it on the delivery challan. If you have taken transit insurance, we help you file and follow up the claim with supporting photographs and the packing list. Minor repairs are often handled directly by us.
